The test run begins on Monday
The Bangladesh Embassy in Bahrain is going to open a call centre this week to provide coronavirus-related health advices to the expatriates.
Bangladeshi doctors living in Bahrain will give direct counselling through the centre, named Probash Bondhu Call Centre, according to Bangladesh Ambassador in Manama Dr Nazrul Islam.
About 200,000 Bangladeshis live in Bahrain, a tiny gulf state.
The test run of the centre will start from Monday and will be inaugurated virtually later in the week by ministers concerned from Dhaka.
The call centre will remain open from 9am to 9pm every day (Bahrain time).
